Rubber aribag for ship launching technology basis on the traditional launching technology's developement, which uses flexible airbags to replace chute and slideway. To overcome the shortcomings of traditional launching. The constructure of the airbags:
* The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of rubber airbag to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage.The inside rubber layer seals pressurized air inside marine airbags.
* The synthetic tyre cord layers are made of polyamid cord which commonly used on tyres, that hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement for the airbags.
Preparation works need one or two days
Before launching, operator need to do several preparation works, such as cleaning up sludge on slipway, coating with oil, bending hull with slide plates and transoms.While if launching by air bags, just need one or two days to place airbags at the bottom of ship and inflate them instead.
